If your order doesn’t reach its destination before the due date, you’ll have to contact our Customer Service department by sending a mail to [email protected], indicating your order number. They’ll inform you about your order status and help you if any problems arise.
Our Customer Service Department provides a quick and efficient after-sales service that will help you solve any problems you may have with our products or shipments. You’ve got 7 days from the receipt of the order to return it. To do so, you have to send an email to [email protected] and you’ll receive all the instructions on how to proceed. Remember to indicate your delivery note number or order number.
The delivery of your order is guaranteed by a tracking number you’ll receive by e-mail. By entering this number on the carrier’s website, you’ll be able to know the exact location of your order.
If your order is shipped by regular mail, no tracking number will be assigned to it, so the delivery cannot be guaranteed.

– Nova Poshta – Reliable and proven delivery method. Orders are accepted and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery time within Ukraine is 2-3 days. We have free delivery within Ukraine when ordering over 1000 UAH.
– Ukrposhta – Our main delivery method for international orders.
We ship European, non EU and international orders from our warehouse in Odessa, Ukraine.
Please make sure you provide a valid name and address on your order form, otherwise, your order may not arrive. Orders are posted within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Delays may occur due to public holidays, flight cancellations, bad weather, or airline/airport/postal strikes
Deliveries are made by external companies that arrange their work according to their own criteria. That’s why we cannot guarantee any delivery time. Anyway, if you indicate your phone number when placing the order, we’ll give it to the courier service and they’ll get in touch with you to specify a delivery time.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and the selected shipping and payment method. The shipping cost, including carriage, is calculated automatically at the moment of purchase and it is included in the total cost before you validate it.
